Avocado

Step 1

Peel & remove the pit from the avocado. Carefully slice.

Cilantro (fresh)

Step 2

Rinse, dry & roughly chop the cilantro.

Salmon (fresh)

Step 3

Pat the salmon dry with a paper towel & cut it into bite-sized pieces.

Soy sauce
Toasted sesame oil
Honey

Step 4

In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, sesame oil & honey. Pour the sauce over the cubed salmon & toss to coat.

Step 5

Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper or foil. Add the cubed salmon & cook at 400°F for 10-12 min, flipping halfway through.

White rice (short grain, cooked)
Edamame (shelled)
Spicy mayo

Step 6

Reheat the rice according to package directions, then add it to a bowl & assemble. Arrange the salmon, avocado, thawed edamame & cilantro on top of the rice. Top with spicy mayo (optional).
