Step 1
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F. Pat the chicken dry with a paper towel & arrange in the air fryer basket or tray with the potatoes. Season with Italian seasoning, salt & pepper. Add a drizzle of olive oil & toss everything together. Air fry 25-30 min.

Step 2
Add the tomatoes to the air fryer & cook for an additional 7-10 min or until the chicken & potatoes are fully cooked.



Step 3
Remove everything from the air fryer. Serve with the mozzarella cheese, torn basil & the balsamic glaze over top. Enjoy!

Times and temperatures vary for all air fryers, so try cooking in batches and avoid overcrowding the basket for even cooking! Always refer to the air fryer manual for best practices & results!
