Soy sauce flavors the salmon & mushrooms in this comforting rice bowl!
Make sure you have...
Oven, Stovetop, Pot (small), Baking dish, Knife
Step 1
If using frozen salmon, defrost beforehand. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Clean, trim & halve the mushrooms.
Step 2
Add the mushrooms to a greased or parchment-lined baking dish. Add a drizzle of vegetable oil, black pepper with grated or minced garlic & ginger. Pour in half of the soy sauce. Mix well & bake for 5 min.
Step 3
Cook the rice according to the package instructions.
Step 4
Remove the mushrooms from the oven. Lay the salmon fillets over top. Season with black pepper. Add the remaining soy sauce. Top with a drizzle of oil. Bake for 5-7 min, or until the salmon is cooked through.
Step 5
Fluff the cooked rice.
Step 6
Serve the salmon & mushrooms over a fluffy bed of rice. Enjoy!
