Make sure you have...
Stovetop, Pot (small), Frying pan, Pot (small), Knife
Step 1
Cook the rice according to the package instructions.
Step 2
Peel & mince the onion. Cut the steak into thin strips.
Step 3
In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, onion, ginger, lime juice & a drizzle of olive oil. Add the steak & marinate for 5-10 min.
Step 4
Add the steak & marinade to a pan over medium heat. Cook for 5 min, or until the steak is cooked to your liking.
Step 5
Serve the steak & pan juices over fluffed rice. Season with salt & pepper. Garnish with arugula leaves & chopped chives (optional). Enjoy!
