Garlic
Beef (Ribeye steak, bone-in)

Step 1

Peel & mince the garlic. Cut the steak into 1-inch cubes.

Broccoli (fresh)

Step 2

Wash & cut the broccoli into florets. In a pot of salted boiling water, add the broccoli & cook for 4-5 min. When finished cooking, drain the broccoli.

Beef (Ribeye steak, bone-in)
Olive oil

Step 3

Heat a drizzle of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak & season with salt & pepper. Brown the steak on all sides until it's cooked to your liking, about 6-8 min total. Remove the steak & set aside.

Teriyaki sauce
Honey

Step 4

Add the minced garlic to the pan. Stir & cook for about 1 min. Then, add the teriyaki sauce, honey & a few tablespoons of water. Cook for 2-3 min until the sauce is thick & bubbly. Add the steak back into the pan to coat in the sauce. Remove from the heat.

Brown rice (long grain, cooked)

Step 5

Heat the rice according to package directions.

Step 6

Serve the steak bites & broccoli on a bed of brown rice. Top with the garlic-teriyaki sauce. Garnish with sesame seeds if you have them. Enjoy!
