Rice vinegar

Step 1

Using a peeler, peel the carrots & cucumber into long, thin strips. Add the vegetables to a bowl with the vinegar & put it in the fridge to marinate.

Chicken breast

Step 2

Cut the chicken into strips.

Garlic

Step 3

Mince the garlic.

Soy sauce

Step 4

Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the garlic, soy sauce & chicken. Stir & cook for 5-7 min until the chicken is cooked through.

Mayonnaise
Sriracha sauce

Step 5

In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise & sriracha.

Baguette bread

Step 6

Halve the baguette.

Cucumber
Cilantro (fresh)

Step 7

Spread the spicy mayo on the inside of the baguette. Fill the sandwich with the chicken & marinated vegetables. Garnish with fresh cilantro on top (optional). Serve & enjoy!
