Wash & chop the romaine lettuce.

Red apple

Step 2

Wash & thinly slice the apple.

Chicken strips (grilled)

Step 3

Heat the chicken according to package instructions.

Goat cheese (crumbled)
Cranberries (dried)
Pecans
Balsamic glaze

Step 4

Plate the lettuce. Top with the chicken, apple slices, goat cheese crumbles, dried cranberries & candied pecans. Dress with the olive oil & balsamic glaze. Enjoy!
