Step 1

Wash & roughly chop the cucumber.

Watermelon

Step 2

Cut the watermelon into chunks.

Lemon

Step 3

Squeeze the lemon juice into a blender bowl.

Add the watermelon, cucumber & chopped mint to the blender.

Blend until smooth & frothy.

Step 6

Add a few ice cubes to each glass. Pour the blended drink over the ice.

Top off each glass with sparkling lemonade. Garnish with watermelon slices (optional). Enjoy!
