Step 1

Remove the rind & seeds from the watermelon. Cut the watermelon into large chunks. Wash & trim the strawberries.

Add the watermelon & strawberries to a blender bowl. Add torn mint leaves (optional). Drop in 1-2 ice cubes per serving. Blend until smooth & icy.
