Step 1

To prepare the soft boiled eggs, cook eggs in a pot of gently boiling water for 6 minutes.

Thinly slice the garlic.

Heat a healthy drizzle of olive oil in a pan, then add the garlic.

Cook for 1 to 2 minutes over medium heat, until lightly golden.

Add the paprika. Stir to blend. Remove from heat & set aside.

When the eggs are done, transfer them to a bowl of icy cold water to stop the cooking.

Toast the slices of bread.
