Turkey (ground)
Olive oil

Step 1

Heat a drizzle of oil in a pot over medium-high heat. Add turkey. Season with salt & pepper. Cook while breaking up turkey meat, about 6 min.

Kidney beans (canned)
Corn (canned)
Tomatoes (canned, crushed)
Chili powder

Step 2

Add beans, corn, canned tomatoes & chili powder. Bring everything to a boil, reduce to a simmer for 20-25 min, stirring frequently. The liquid will evaporate & chili will thicken!

Cheddar (shredded)
Sour cream

Step 3

Serve, topped with shredded cheese & sour cream (optional). Enjoy with cornbread if desired!
