Step 1

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the eggs for 8 min.

Tuna (canned)
Cream cheese
Lemon

Step 2

In a small bowl, combine the drained tuna, cream cheese, lemon, salt & pepper. Mash together with a fork.

Step 3

Plunge the cooked eggs into an icy bowl of water to stop the cooking. When cooled, peel & roughly chop the eggs.

Step 4

Spread the tuna mixture onto the bottom slices of bread. Top with the spinach & egg.

Step 5
