Preheat the oven to 400°F. Spread the pizza dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Smear the tomato paste over the dough, leaving a border. Add the 3 cheeses (torn or crumbled) over top. Season with black pepper.
Bake for 10 to 12 min, or until the dough is golden & the cheese melty.
