Make sure you have...
Stovetop, Frying pan, Pot (small), Colander, Knife
Step 1
Cook the rice according to the package instructions.
Step 2
Wash & cut the broccoli into small florets.
Step 3
Cook the broccoli in a pot of salted boiling water for 3-5 min, or until crisp-tender. Drain & set aside.
Step 4
Slice the chicken into thin strips.
Step 5
Heat vegetable or sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chicken, teriyaki sauce, sesame seeds & grated or minced ginger. Stir fry for 5 min, or until the chicken is cooked through.
Step 6
Serve the chicken with the broccoli & a fluffy bed of rice. Enjoy!
