Stovetop, Frying pan, Pot (small), Colander
Cook the rice according to the package instructions.
While the rice is cooking, wash the broccoli & cut into florets.
In a small pot of salted boiling water, blanch the broccoli for 3 minutes, or until crisp-tender. Drain & set aside.
Meanwhile, cut the chicken into thin strips.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken, teriyaki sauce, sesame seeds & grated or minced ginger. Stir fry for 5 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
Serve the chicken, broccoli & sauce over rice. Dinner's ready!
