Mozzarella (low-moisture, for cooking)

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Slice the mozzarella into rounds.

Parmesan (grated)
Chicken cutlet (breaded, pre-cooked)
Marinara sauce

Step 2

Pour a drizzle of olive oil into a baking dish. Lay the chicken cutlets in the dish. Top each cutlet with tomato sauce, mozzarella & parmesan. Season with salt & pepper. Bake for 15-20 min at 400°F, or according to the chicken package instructions.

Basil (fresh)

Step 3

Serve the chicken parmesan garnished with fresh basil leaves (optional). Don't forget the side salad! Mangia!
