Smoked salmon

Step 1

Chop the smoked salmon into pieces.

Pasta (tagliatelle dry)

Step 2

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.

Step 3

Reserve a bit of the pasta cooking liquid. Then drain the pasta. Zest the lemon & set the zest aside.

Spinach (fresh)

Step 4

In a pan over medium heat, add the cream, a splash of pasta cooking liquid & the lemon juice. Stir to combine. Add the spinach to the pan.

Step 5

Season with salt & pepper. Add the drained pasta & salmon to the pan. Top with the lemon zest. Turn off the heat. Stir it all together.

Step 6

Serve & enjoy!
