Set it and forget it! This creamy, slow-cooked white chili couldn't be easier to make.
Pot (large), Stovetop, Knife, Slow cooker
Step 1
Peel & dice the onion.
Step 2
Add the diced onions, chicken broth, green chiles, corn & cannellini beans (drained & rinsed) to the slow cooker base. Season with salt, pepper & cumin. Cover & cook on HIGH for 4 hr or LOW for 7 hr.
Step 3
Meanwhile, shred chicken into bite-sized pieces & set aside.
Step 4
When the chili is done cooking, stir in the shredded chicken to warm through. While stirring, slowly pour in the heavy cream.
Step 5
Serve chili topped with cheddar cheese & cilantro (both optional). Enjoy!
