A quick pierogi sheet pan dinner with lots of fun flavors!

Make sure you have...
Knife, Oven, Sheet Tray

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 425ºF. Peel & thinly slice the yellow onion.

Step 2
Thinly slice the cabbage.

Step 3
Slice the kielbasa into 1-inch pieces.


Step 4
Line a sheet tray with parchment paper or foil. Add sliced cabbage & onion. Add a generous drizzle of olive oil & season with salt & pepper. Mix together & top with the pierogies & kielbasa. Top with another drizzle of oil, salt & pepper. Bake for 20-25 min or until the cabbage is soft & the pierogies are golden brown.


Step 5
Meanwhile, combine the sour cream & dijon mustard. Season with salt & pepper. Stir & set aside.

Step 6
Remove the tray from the oven. Garnish with dill (optional) & serve with the sour cream sauce. Enjoy!
