Cherry tomatoes

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Wash the cherry tomatoes & slice them in half.

Dijon mustard

Step 2

Roll out the puff pastry onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Prick it with holes using the tines of a fork. Spread the mustard over top, leaving a border around the edges.

Arrange the tomatoes over the mustard in a concentric circle pattern.

Fresh mozzarella ball

Step 4

Top with torn pieces of mozzarella. Season with salt & pepper. Add a drizzle of olive oil.

Step 5
