Stovetop, Pot (small), Colander
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Add the sausage & crushed or minced garlic.
Season with salt & pepper. Cook, stirring for 5 min. Breaking the sausage up into pieces as it cooks.
Add the canned tomatoes & their juices. Break apart the tomatoes with a wooden spoon. Cook, stirring for 5 min.
Add the basil to the sausage ragu. Stir & turn off the heat. Drain the pasta.
Serve the pasta topped with a hearty ladle of ragu. Sprinkle parmesan over top. Mangia!
