Pasta (fusilli or rotini)

Step 1

Cook the pasta according to package instructions.

Cherry tomatoes

Step 2

Wash & halve the cherry tomatoes.

Cucumber

Step 3

Wash & dice the cucumber.

Pepperoni (sliced)

Step 4

Roughly chop or tear the sliced pepperoni.

Pasta (fusilli or rotini)
Cherry tomatoes
Cucumber
Mozzarella (mini)
Whole grain mustard
Italian seasoning
Pepperoni (sliced)

Step 5

Add the drained pasta to a serving bowl. Top with the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, pepperoni, mozzarella, whole-grain mustard & a drizzle of olive oil. Season with salt, pepper & Italian seasoning (optional). Toss it all together. Enjoy!
