Sweet potato

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Wash & peel the sweet potatoes. Cut them in half lengthwise & then into batons.

Green beans (fresh)

Step 2

Wash & trim the green beans. Place the sweet potatoes & green beans in a baking pan. Add a drizzle of olive oil, salt & pepper. Add a pinch of paprika (optional). Mix it all together.

Step 3

Bake for 15 min at 350°F.

Salmon (fresh)

Step 4

If using frozen salmon, defrost it beforehand.

Step 5

Remove the veggies from the oven & stir. Lay the salmon fillets over top. Brush them generously with your favorite barbecue sauce. Season with salt & pepper. Bake for 10-15 min, or until the salmon is cooked to your liking.

Serve topped with a drizzle of oil & another pinch of paprika (optional). Enjoy!
