Step 1

Heat a drizzle of oil in a sauce pot on medium heat. Add the ground pork & cook while continuously stirring until brown, about 5-7 min.

Egg

Step 2

Meanwhile, in a pot with boiling water, add the eggs & cook for about 6 min for soft boiled (8 min for hard boiled). Once cooked add the eggs to a bowl of ice water for 2-3 min to stop the cooking. Peel the shell & set aside.

Coconut milk
Tomato paste
Instant ramen (chicken)
Curry paste (korma)

Step 3

Once the meat is cooked, add the tomato paste, coconut milk, curry paste, ramen noodles (without the seasoning packet) & about 1 cup of water per serving. Mix well, cover then simmer for 3-4 min.

Step 4

Serve the noodles in a bowl with the soft-boiled egg cut in half & some fresh herbs if you have them. Enjoy!
