A cozy, shortcut dumpling noodle soup with plenty of greens!

Step 1
Clean & slice the bok choy.
Step 2
Clean & thinly slice the scallions.
Step 3
Bring the water to a boil in a pot. Whisk in the seasoning packets from the ramen noodles to create a flavorful broth.
Step 4
Carefully add the noodles & the dumplings to the boiling broth. Cook until fully cooked, about 4-5 min. (Make sure to check the package instructions - you may need to add the dumplings before the noodles instead so they're done at the same time.)
Step 5
About a minute before the noodles & dumplings are done, add the bok choy & spinach.
Step 6
Serve in bowls, garnished with scallions & chili crisp (optional).
