Pasta (elbow macaroni)

Step 1

Cook the pasta in a pot of salted boiling water according to the package instructions. In another pot of salted boiling water, cook the peas for 3 minutes.

Step 2

While the pasta & peas are cooking, make the dressing. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil with the lemon zest & juice. Season with salt & pepper. Whisk together.

Romaine lettuce
Peas (frozen)
Pasta (elbow macaroni)

Step 3

Drain the pasta. Run the peas under cold water to stop the cooking. Then, drain. Chop the lettuce & place in serving bowl. Add torn pieces of prosciutto, parmesan, pasta & peas. Toss with the dressing. Enjoy!
