Pork Fried Rice

White rice

Step 1

Cook the rice according to the package instructions. Set it aside to cool. (Refrigerating it overnight is even better!)


Step 2

In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt & pepper.


Step 3

Heat a drizzle of vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the eggs & scramble for 2 min.

Peas (frozen)

Step 4

Then add the chilled rice, peas & torn pieces of ham. Stir fry for 3-5 min, adding more oil if needed.

Soy sauce

Step 5

Serve with a little soy sauce (optional). Enjoy!
