Pizza dough

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 450°F. Spread the pizza dough onto a baking sheet.

Artichoke hearts

Step 2

Drain & halve or quarter the artichoke hearts, depending on their size.

Fresh mozzarella ball
Artichoke hearts
Pizza sauce
Pepperoni (sliced)

Step 3

Spread the pizza sauce onto the dough, leaving a thin border around the edges. Arrange the mozzarella (torn into pieces), artichoke hearts & pepperoni slices over the sauce. Season with salt & pepper. Drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 10 minutes.

Basil (fresh)

Step 4

Remove the pizza from the oven. Add some fresh basil leaves (optional). Enjoy!
