This creative fruit & veggie salad is a surprising treat!
Stovetop, Pot (small), Colander
Step 1
Wash & trim the green beans. Add them to a pot of salted boiling water. Cook for 5 min. Then plunge them into a bowl of icy water to stop the cooking. Drain well.
Step 2
Wash the nectarines & cut them into wedges.
Step 3
Add the green beans to a serving plate. Arrange the nectarines over top. Garnish with the sliced almonds. Season with salt, pepper & a drizzle of oil. Enjoy!
