Step 1

Cook the rice according to the package instructions.

Chicken breast

Step 2

Cut the chicken into large chunks.

Heat a drizzle of vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chicken. Season with salt & pepper. Cook, stirring for 2 min.

Curry powder

Step 4

Add the curry powder & stir together.

Coconut milk (canned)

Step 5

Add the coconut milk & a bit of water. Reduce the heat to low, cover & simmer for 5 min.

Cilantro (fresh)
Chicken breast
White rice

Step 6

Serve the curried chicken over fluffed rice. Garnish with chopped cilantro (optional). Enjoy!
