Cauliflower (fresh)

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Wash & cut cauliflower into florets.

Maple syrup
Whole grain mustard
Garlic
Olive oil

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix together the mustard, maple syrup, grated or minced garlic, salt, pepper & oil.

Step 3

Add the cauliflower to a baking dish. Pour most of the maple-mustard sauce over the cauliflower, reserving the rest for the salmon. Add a splash of water to the dish.

Step 4

Bake for 15 min, stirring halfway through. Remove the dish from the oven.

Step 5

Lay the salmon over the cauliflower. Spoon the remaining sauce over top. Season with salt & pepper.

Step 6

Bake for another 10 min, or until the salmon is cooked to your liking. Serve & enjoy!
