Stovetop, Pot (small), Frying pan, Colander, Grater
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain & set aside.
Cut the chicken into thin strips. Zest the lemon. Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken & stir. Add the lemon zest & lemon juice. Season with salt & pepper. Cook, stirring for 2-3 min.
Add the cream to the pan. Reduce the heat to low. Simmer for 5-7 min, or until the chicken is cooked through. Fold in the fresh spinach leaves. Season with salt & pepper. Remove from the heat.
Add the drained pasta to the pan. Mix it all together. Top with as much grated parmesan as you like! Serve & enjoy!
