Step 1

Wash & cut the baby tomatoes in half. Slice the artichoke hearts in half lengthwise. Tear the burrata into pieces.

Place the tomatoes, artichokes, burrata, prosciutto slices & arugula alongside each other on a platter. Drizzle all with olive oil. Season with salt & pepper. Enjoy!
