White bread (sliced)
Goat cheese

Step 1

Preheat the broiler. Arrange a slice of ham over each slice of bread. Top with goat cheese.

Italian seasoning

Step 2

Drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt, pepper & herbes de Provence (optional). Add the toasts to a baking sheet. Broil for 3-5 min. Be sure they don't burn!

Spring mix lettuce

Step 3

Arrange the salad greens on a serving plate. Drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt & pepper. Top the with the toasts. Enjoy!
