Turn ordinary salmon into extraordinary with this spicy-sweet glaze!
Make sure you have...
Knife, Sheet Tray
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F. Wash & cut the broccoli into florets. Peel & grate or mince the garlic.
Step 2
Add the broccoli to a parchment-lined sheet tray. Drizzle with olive oil, then season with salt, pepper & any additional seasonings you love (we suggest garlic powder & onion powder!). Toss to combine & push to 1 side of the sheet tray.
Step 3
Prepare the hot honey glaze. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, red pepper flakes, soy sauce & garlic.
Step 4
Place the salmon fillets on the other side of the sheet tray. Brush with the hot honey glaze.
Step 5
Transfer the sheet tray to the oven & roast for 12-15 mins, until the salmon is fully cooked. Transfer the cooked salmon to a plate & tent with foil to keep warm. Return the sheet tray to the oven & roast for 8-10 mins, until the broccoli is tender.
Step 6
Plate the salmon & broccoli with a lemon wedge to squeeze on top (optional). Season to taste with salt & pepper. Serve & enjoy!
For a heartier meal, serve with your favorite grain - quinoa adds an extra nutritional boost!
