Stovetop, Pot (small), Colander, Frying pan

Pasta (fusilli or rotini)

Step 1

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Reserve 2-4 tbsp of the pasta cooking liquid.

Heavy cream
Monterey Jack cheese

Step 2

Meanwhile, add the cream, cheese (chopped, sliced or shredded), salt & pepper to a pan. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until the cheese melts.

Step 3

Add the pasta cooking liquid to the cream mixture. Stir & continue to cook over low heat until the pasta is done.

Pasta (fusilli or rotini)

Step 4

Drain the pasta & add to the pot with the cream sauce.

Ham
Parmesan (grated)

Step 5

Tear or chop the ham into pieces & arrange over top the pasta. Add the grated parmesan cheese. Season to taste with salt & pepper. Enjoy!
