Step 1

Cook the pasta according to package instructions. In the last 2 min, add frozen peas to the pot. Stir & cook them with the pasta.

Bacon

Step 2

Preheat the broiler. Add the bacon to a pan over medium heat. Cook the bacon for about 3 min on each side.

Drain the pasta & peas.

Add the pasta, peas, cream, bacon pan drippings, salt & pepper to an oven-safe baking dish. Mix to combine.

Step 5

Lay the bacon slices over top. Add dollops of ricotta. Season with black pepper. Broil for about 3-5 min, or until bubbly & golden. Be sure it doesn't burn! Serve & enjoy!
