A fabulous salad that doubles as a dinner side dish!
Pot (small), Stovetop, Colander, Grater, Knife
Step 1
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Wash & trim the green beans. Cook the green beans in the boiling water for 5 min, or until crisp-tender. Run them under cold water to stop the cooking. Drain & set aside.
Step 2
Place the beans on a serving plate. Top with crumbed feta cheese, crushed hazelnuts, chopped herbs (optional) & lemon zest. Season with salt, pepper & a drizzle of oil. Squeeze a little lemon over top. Enjoy!
