Gnocchi

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the gnocchi. Cook, stirring for 2 min.

Add a splash of water to the pan. Cover & cook for 1 min. Then transfer the gnocchi to a greased baking dish.

Gorgonzola

Step 3

Add the cream & half of the gorgonzola to the dish. Season with salt & pepper. Mix it all together.

Walnuts

Step 4

Top with the rest of the gorgonzola & the chopped walnuts. Bake for 7-10 min, or until brown & bubbly. Enjoy!
