Preheat the oven to 400°F. Melt the butter in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the gnocchi & cook, stirring, for 2-3 minutes.
Once the gnocchi are browned, add a few spoonfuls of water, cover & cook for another minute. Transfer the gnocchi to an oven-safe dish.
Add the cream & crumble most of the gorgonzola (or blue cheese) over top. Season with salt & pepper. Mix to combine.
Top with the rest of the gorgonzola & chopped walnuts. Bake for 10 minutes, or until brown & bubbly. Enjoy!
