Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Mix the ricotta, olive oil, salt & pepper in a small bowl. Spread the mixture onto each slice of bread. Add the halved figs, chopped walnuts & a drizzle of honey.

Arugula
Prosciutto

Step 2

Toast the bruschetta in the oven for 10 min, or until golden & lovely. Serve topped with prosciutto, arugula & a drizzle of oil. Enjoy!
