Preheat the oven to 450°F. Cook the peas in a pot of boiling water for 2-3 min. Drain & set aside.
Spread the pizza dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Smear the pesto over the dough, leaving a border around the edges.
Sprinkle the peas over the pesto. Top with torn pieces of mozzarella.
Bake for 5 min at 450°F.
Remove the pizza from the oven. Crack an egg in the middle. Shred or tear the prosciutto, arranging the pieces over the pizza.
Return it to the oven & bake for 5 min, or until the crust is golden & egg is cooked to your liking.
Remove from the oven. Sprinkle arugula leaves over top. Season with salt & pepper. Mangia!
