Peas (frozen)

Step 1

Be sure to follow the pizza dough package instructions! Preheat the oven to 450°F. Thaw the peas in a pot of boiling water for 2 min. Drain & set aside.

Pesto
Pizza crust

Step 2

Lay the pizza dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Spread the pesto evenly over the dough, leaving a border around the edges.

Peas (frozen)
Mozzarella (fresh)

Step 3

Sprinkle the peas over the pesto. Top with torn or shredded mozzarella.

Step 4

Bake for 5 min at 450°F.

Egg
Prosciutto

Step 5

Remove the pizza from the oven. Gently crack an egg over the middle of the pizza. Arrange torn pieces of prosciutto around the egg.

Step 6

Return the pizza to the oven. Bake for 5 min, or until the egg is cooked to your liking.

Arugula

Step 7

When the pizza is golden brown & melty, remove it from the oven. Sprinkle the arugula over top. Season with salt & pepper. Add a drizzle of olive oil. Mangia!
