Step 1

Wash & cut the cucumber into chunks.


Step 2

Wash & cut the limes into quarters.

Ginger (fresh)

Step 3

Peel the ginger with the back of a spoon.

Sugar (granulated)
Mint (fresh)

Step 4

In a blender, add the cucumber, lime, ginger, sugar, mint leaves & 1 cup of water per serving. Blend everything until smooth.

Step 5

Prepare a glass filled with ice cubes. Pass the drink through a fine strainer & serve. Garnish with additional cucumber & mint if desired. Sip & enjoy!
