Kitchen towel, Muddler, Rolling pin, Knife

Lime

Step 1

Slice the lime into thin wedges.

Mint (fresh)
Raw cane sugar

Step 2

In a glass, add the lime wedges & smush them with a muddler or wooden spoon to release the juices. Add fresh mint leaves & sugar. Crush everything together once more.

Rum (white)

Step 3

Pour in the rum & stir with a spoon. Add crushed ice.

Sparkling water

Step 4

Top with sparkling water. Garnish with a few mint leaves & a lime wedge. Sip & enjoy!
