Knife, Stovetop, Oven, Sheet Tray, Frying pan

Egg

Step 1

Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the egg & cook for 8 min. Remove & let the egg cool in a bowl of ice water.

Bacon

Step 2

On a frying pan over medium heat, add the bacon. Cook 3-4 min on each side until golden & crispy. Remove the bacon & set aside.

Chicken breast

Step 3

In the same pan, add the chicken breast. Season with salt & pepper. Cook for 7-8 min on each side or until fully cooked.

Tomato
Bibb lettuce
Red onion

Step 4

Meanwhile, wash & dice the tomato. Wash & chop the lettuce. Peel & finely chop the red onion.

Step 5

Peel the egg & cut into quarters. Cut the chicken into cubes. Cut the bacon into small pieces.

Blue cheese dressing
Flour tortilla (large)

Step 6

Assemble the wrap: Spread the blue cheese dressing on the center of the tortilla. Top with the lettuce, tomato, red onion, egg, bacon & chicken. Fold the sides of the tortilla into the center, then bring the bottom of the tortilla over to the top & roll until you have a tight wrap. Enjoy!
