Make sure you have...
Stovetop, Pot (large), Knife
Step 1
Wash & cut the broccoli into florets.
Step 2
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan on medium-high heat. Add the chicken & season with salt & pepper. Cook, undisturbed for 7-8 min. If your chicken breasts seem small or thin, adjust the timing & check after 4-5 min.
Step 3
Meanwhile, in a pot of salted, boiling water, add the broccoli florets & cook for 4-5 min. Remove the broccoli & set aside. Keep the pot of water to cook the noodles.
Step 4
Flip the chicken & season the second side with salt & pepper. Cook undisturbed for another 7-8 min. Again, if your chicken breasts seem small or thin, adjust the timing & check after 4-5 min.
Step 5
In the pot of boiling, salted water, add the noodles. Cook according to package directions, about 6-7 min. Drain & set aside.
Step 6
To the pan with the chicken, add a splash of water (about 1/4 cup per piece of chicken), the mustard & honey. Stir together & lower the heat to a simmer. Season the sauce with garlic powder & Italian seasoning if you have!
Step 7
Add the cream & stir. Cook until the sauce has thickened, about 2 min. Season with salt & pepper. Remove the pan from the heat.
Step 8
Slice the chicken & serve with the noodles & broccoli. Top the dish with the creamy honey-mustard sauce. Enjoy!
