A simple, yet delicious sandwich to make for yourself or for the kiddos :-)

Step 1
Toast the bread to your liking. Meanwhile, cut the avocado in half, remove the pit & skin, thinly slice. Wash & thinly slice the tomato. Wash & dry the lettuce.


Step 2
Spread the chipotle mayo on each slice of bread. On one piece of the bread, add the sliced avocado, sliced tomato, lettuce & turkey. Season with salt & pepper. Top with the second slice of bread. Enjoy with a pickle & chips, if desired!
