Spinach (frozen)
Garlic
Paprika

Step 1

Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the frozen spinach, minced garlic & paprika. Cook, stirring for 5 min.

Chickpeas (canned)

Step 2

Add the drained chickpeas, salt & pepper. Stir to combine. Cook for 2 min.

Egg

Step 3

Use a spoon to form a well for each egg in the chickpea-spinach mixture. Break the eggs into the wells. Season the eggs with salt & pepper. Cover the pan & cook for 4-5 min, or until the eggs are cooked to your liking.

Feta cheese (block)
Paprika

Step 4

Remove from heat. Sprinkle with crumbled feta & a pinch of paprika. Enjoy!
