Step 1

Wash & trim the asparagus spears.

Slice the asparagus into 2-inch pieces.

Slice the chicken.

Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the asparagus. Cover & let cook for 1 min.

Soy sauce
Honey
Garlic
Corn starch

Step 5

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, minced garlic & cornstarch. Set it aside.

Chicken breast

Step 6

Uncover the pan & add the chicken. Stir fry for 3-5 min, or until the chicken is cooked through.

Step 7

Lower the heat & add the honey-soy sauce. Cook, stirring for 1-2 min. The sauce will thicken. Add a splash of water if needed.
