Step 1

Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef. Cook for 3-5 min, breaking the meat apart with a spatula as it cooks.

Taco seasoning
Black beans (canned)

Step 2

Add taco seasoning. Mix well to combine. Add black beans. Stir & cook 1 more min.

Flour tortilla (large)
Mexican cheese blend
Shredded lettuce

Step 3

Lay each tortilla flat. In the center, layer on cheese, shredded lettuce & one scoop of the meat mixture followed by another sprinkle of cheese. Fold the sides inwards, over the filling. Use your thumbs to fold & tightly roll up the bottom of the burrito.

Olive oil

Step 4

Heat a drizzle of oil in a clean pan over medium heat. Add the burritos to the pan, seam-side down. Heat 1-2 min on each side, until golden brown.

Salsa
Sour cream

Step 5

Slice the burritos in half. Serve with salsa & sour cream for dipping (optional). Enjoy!
