Slider buns

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F. Cut the buns in half lengthwise.

Butter (unsalted)

Melt butter in the microwave or on the stovetop. Brush both sides of the buns with melted butter. Add the buns to a sheet tray & toast in the oven for 10 min or until lightly browned.

Onion (red)

Step 3

Peel & thinly slice the red onion.

Rotisserie chicken

Step 4

Cut the rotisserie chicken into large workable pieces. Remove the skin & shred the meat into bite-sized pieces with your fingers or a fork. Add the shredded chicken to a bowl.

Buffalo sauce

Step 5

Add buffalo sauce & mix it all together.

Slider buns
Bibb lettuce
Blue cheese dressing
Onion (red)

Step 6

Once the buns are toasted, remove them from the oven. On the bottom half, layer on lettuce, shredded buffalo chicken, blue cheese dressing (about 1 tbsp per slider) & red onions. Add the top half of buns.

Step 7

Slice to separate the sliders. Serve & enjoy!
